The interior region of Canada, long thought of as an uninhabitable wasteland by Kindred, has recently become more enticing.
Eight years ago, the "Great Saskatchewan Oil Fields" were found by a diamond mining firm. Through extensive research, these oil fields were discovered to be the largest known to man. The area subsequently went through a population boom - Saskatoon quadrupled in population.
The Camarilla move into the area and try to exert it's influence on this new mecca. Each attempt was resisted more violently than the last. The unknown group repelling them was soon discovered to most likely be Setites. It took a years worth of time and this group was counter assaulted and driven from the area with extreme prejudice. It ended 3 months ago.
The Camarilla has sent a new prince (one that has been groomed for the position) to settle this region. The prince has called in favors from old friends and coterie mates with one message, "Send me Kindred to repopulate and control my domain." This is a good opportunity for Kindred to prove themselves in a newly established Camarilla society.
